My grandmother, Harriet used to make this  for us and as a litte kid. I just couldn't wait to visit and always hoped she made this for me. 

                   Corn Flake crumb chicken. 

If you are going to make this, you might want to brine your chicken first.  It will come out moister.  Brining was Rob's corner 10/5/09.  You can buy corn flake crumbs at the store or make your own.  If you make you own, use a food processor or blender to crush them so they will be uniform in size.
